We asked Andrew a few questions: 

What are your day-to-day tasks as a client success manager?

Day-to-day I work with our clients to ensure they receive the level of service and support they need to achieve their business goals.

This includes regular face-to-face meetings to both review and plan ahead.

Building and maintaining strong relationships is at the forefront of my role. Superfast IT cares passionately about our clients and providing the highest level of service is our highest priority.

 

What qualities do you need to succeed in your role?

Starting out as an IT engineer many years ago has given me the unique ability to bridge the technical IT and the business needs of our clients.

My IT career spans 25 years and there is never a dull moment. I love getting to know our clients and learning more about their business needs and requirements. 

I love the industry, my job and working at Superfast IT - it really is a great company to work for.

 

Tell us a bit about yourself outside of work.

Outside of work I love spending time with my six-year-old son and we are often found at the West Midlands safari park feeding the giraffes and other animals.

I've also got a one-year-old sausage dog who is often found at the Superfast offices causing trouble. 

Since lockdown I have taken a keen interest in health and fitness and I'm often found at the local gym 3-4 times a week, trying to get myself into shape.

I love musical theatre and enjoy spending time in the West End. My favourite show is Les Misérables.
