If we’re unable to fix the problem over the phone, we’ll send of our engineers to your offices to look at the problem on site.
We have a tiered priority system meaning if your issue is business critical we’ll get to it straight away. If it’s a minor change and you’re still able to work without disruption, it will be a lower priority support ticket.
Out of Hours IT Support
If you have an issue outside of our working hours and have out of hours IT support, please use our out of hours IT support line. This service is for clients with 24/7 support only. Non-emergencies and those without 24/7 cover may be charged for service.
