Here’s an overview of what managed services we include in the flat monthly fee:
ServerCare+ includes 24/7 remote monitoring of your servers to alert us to any problems that may be developing so that we can take action before you suffer disruption. Your servers are monitored for hundreds of checks, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
To ensure your servers are backed-up, we include the latest backup technology from StorageCraft and monitor backups daily.
Software patches and updates are applied out-of-hours through our patch management process to keep servers secure, with Webroot SecureAnywhere providing protection against malware.
DesktopSecure+ is a suite of security products that we’ve selected to give you a layered approach to endpoint security.
Automatic patch management ensures computers are kept up-to-date and protected against the latest vulnerabilities.
With both Webroot SecureAnywhere and MalwareBytes deployed to PCs and laptops, you’ll have double the protection of standard anti-virus software.
Cisco Umbrella provides additional protection, blocking access to infected websites, preventing malware communications, and enabling the enforcement of Internet usage policies on your network.
Unlimited Telephone, Remote, and On-site Support
Whenever you need IT support, help is only a phone-call away. Our IT support team can remotely view and control your computers, providing expert assistance quickly and efficiently.
For issues that we can’t sort out remotely, the monthly fee includes on-site support; there are no extra charges for call-outs.
Management and Planning
We will assign an IT Manager to take care of you. They’ll meet with you regularly to review your IT infrastructure, make sure it’s meeting your needs, and make plans for future improvements.
What isn’t included?
The service doesn’t include any replacement parts for faulty equipment. Project work such upgrading systems or deploying new technology isn’t included, and we’ll quote separately for this.
You’ll always receive a proposal and need to authorise additional charges, so you can be sure you won’t receive any sudden unexpected bills.
