How annoying are IT problems that keep popping up again and again? They always seem to reoccur at the worst times too. It’s easy to create a quick fix for a problem and say its solved but that not how we work. Superfast IT has been helping clients with repetitive IT problems for over 15 years. Take a look at how we’re helping our clients.
A three-step process for problem-solving
Our simple three-step process makes sure that issues are resolved efficiently and don’t make a reappearance.
Where’s the problem coming from? Our detailed documentation of clients’ networks let us quickly create a list of options of where the problem is coming from, and what are next steps are.
What’s causing the problem? The cause is where the main fix takes place. Once we believe the problem has been fixed, we can move onto the next stage.
Is the problem coming back? The analysis is the most crucial stage for us. We will quality check all our work to make sure we’re happy that the repetitive problem is solved.
Resolve over Close
Anybody can come up with a quick fix and say the problem is solved. It’s like using a plaster to cover up open heart surgery. It’s just not going to work. Here at Superfast IT we always make sure you’re happy before we close the support ticket. Our customer satisfaction survey lets clients leave any comments after the ticket has been closed. A quick fix will only cause more problems down the line for both ourselves and our clients.
Further monitoring of IT Problems
Following on from resolve over close, we also make sure additional monitoring takes place too. We get alerts if a problem starts to become repetitive again along with any previous documentation so we can get to work straight away. Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) with your dedicated account manager also gives us both a great chance to make sure there are no repetitive problems.
Does this sound familiar to your business? Are your IT support company making sure the problem is fixed for good or just creating a quick patch?
